These Terms of Service govern your use of flandex.com and any purchase of FLANDEX Saveurs Divines products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
FLANDEX produces Kilishi (Mild, Spicy, Extra Hot), Suya, and a seasoning line in a USDA-approved facility in Rosedale, Maryland. Every Kilishi product contains peanuts. Read all labels before consuming.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (including for suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or pricing errors); in those cases we issue a full refund.
FLANDEX ships within the United States via standard carriers. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the package.
Because Kilishi is a perishable food product, all sales are final once shipped. We don't accept returns or exchanges for taste or preference. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact admin@kameleonllc.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement.
By submitting a review or comment, you grant FLANDEX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit, and remove your submission. You are responsible for the content you submit and warrant that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We may moderate or decline to publish submissions at our discretion.
The FLANDEX name, logo, recipes, and website content are owned by FLANDEX Saveurs Divines. You may not copy or use them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of website content.
FLANDEX products are food and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about nutrition or health are general and may not apply to your individual situation. Consult a healthcare professional before making dietary changes, especially regarding allergens.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLANDEX's total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
