The roasted peanut paste — called labu — is the defining ingredient of traditional Kilishi. It is hand-rubbed onto every slice before drying and forms the signature crust. There is no peanut-free version of authentic Kilishi. Every bag carries the USDA-required "Contains peanuts" disclosure.
Yes — Suya (frozen, ready-to-eat) and Kilishi are both available for pickup in Germantown, MD. WhatsApp Calvin to arrange a time. We share the exact address after order confirmation.

Yes. FLANDEX Kilishi is produced in a USDA-inspected facility in Maryland. The USDA mark and establishment number are printed on the back of every pack.
Halal certification is on the roadmap and not yet in place. When the formal certification arrives, the badge will appear on packaging and on this site. In the meantime, the recipe is naturally pork-free and alcohol-free.
